Backpack Online help & support

Hi,

We are currently using backpack online and we have spotted some 'bugs' or at least something which we need to change in our settings.

When we go into the Allocation tab, put a room to 0 to block off that room and save the settings by clicking Allocate, we are still able to book a bed in that room afterwards. We do not have an option to change how quickly beds are released. Does anyone know what might be causing this issue?

Also does anyone know where there's a help feature on backpack online? The only thing I can think to do is go straight to my account manager which does not seem like the most efficient way of working.
