Playa del Carmen is the fastest growing city in Latin America. And the Riviera Maya is the fastest growing tourist destination anywhere in the world. Tourism in Playa Del Carmen is now one of the fastest growing coastal towns in Mexico. Located on the superb Caribbean coast of Mexico, 60 kilometres south of Cancun. It has natural beaches from fine sand and its sea with limpid water. The developments here are low-rise, taking into account the local environment, giving Playa a more charismatic and authentic Mexican feel, in contrast to the highly commercialized resort experience which is common in many places around the world. However, Playa del Carmen has the infrastructure required by world-class travellers.

The Hostel:
The hostel consists of 2 dorms and 8 private rooms (5 ensuite). Outside there is a beautiful pool, an outside BBQ area and guest kitchen. Also 2 huge Palapas. One is used as a chill out area with hammocks and cushions and the other used as a dining area. There is a large storage room and a staff room. We have a massive space outside which is currently used for camping as we have a shower and toilet at the end of the garden. We currently have 4 tents. Inside we have a huge living room, a reception and a staff kitchen.

We are currently top rated hostel on Hostelbookers(91.2%) and TripAdvisor (ranked #2 out of 76 speciality lodging in Playa del Carmen.

The rent is approx $2000 per month and the bills are around $300.

The hostel is only a year old and is in perfect condition. Its up, running and profiting.
