Unfortunately the BBC program is only available in the UK so I can't listen to it, but people in the UK might be interested. Whenever I try to view it, I get a message like the one on the attached screenshot.

I tried to find a UK proxy but none of them would load the content.
BBC is known for having restrictive and even bizarre media policies. For a while their media would only play on Windows computers, locking out everyone who used a different kind of computer.
Wild guess: they're waiting so they can charge people for access. Isn't BBC paid for by television licenses in the UK? So if you watch outside the UK you're not paying the license fee. Or - they might not want too many people using the bandwidth and processing power on their servers.
