I want to build a Hostel - 20 rooms somwere in Vietnam , and i need a Vietnam business partner if you have a land we can do an Joint Venture

Hi Rodica,

I tried to buy a hostel in Vietnam's Da Nang last year. Finally had to quit the deal. Love the country and the city. I am from a hotel development biz in Moscow region. Now I am into hotel videomarketing, based in Moscow. I have same idea as you and have some thoughts on locations in Vietnam. And a good friend in Da Nang. Pls clarify your idea and your knowledge of hostel biz. Best regards

I dont have knowledge is first time when i want to do this

My initial plan was to do in Sri Lanka but because of the situation now, i had to change my mind

so i must go in other country to do that

Why did you quit on deal ??

Just on price matters. You have to see the country first then decide if you like it. Rgds

Spent the last 9 months in SE Asia and Vietnam was by far my favorite country. There is a huge backpacker boom going on there right now. It feels like Thailand did 20 years ago without all the sex tourism. Great time to invest
