Buy a house or hostel in Central America or Portugal

Hello,
we are a Couple, Leah from the states and Joackim from Portugal. We have spent the last couple years working at surf and yoga camps/retreats around the world. We also started our own small surf camp in the Algarve Portugal last year. We are looking now to buy a house with at least 4-5 rooms to make into a surf camp . We visited the North of Nicaragua and really loved it, we are also open to other opportunities in Central America or Joackims hoem country in Portugal. We are looking to start off small for a reasonable price or looking for an investor/business partner. We are also open to helping take over someones business ( manage, run) for an extended period of time if someone was looking to get out of the business but does not want to sell it completley.
