I am buying a hostel located on the beach.
Where?
South of Spain or Costa Rica, or close cities to mentioned once.
It can be already established hostel with a name or just a building prepared to be a hostel.I am also interested if you are selling just the hostel and renting the building. In that case of course is different row of questions.
Cost?
I prefer to see the offers,all of them because i dont want to limit offers to some price and cut someone that has more expensive hostel cause its not excluded from offer.

There are many beaches near Lisbon (30 to 45 minutes from Lisbon city center.

hello :) i have a running hostel in Lagos south of Portugal ( Tamar Guest House), i own the building and the business, recently i had access to a house in Aljezur wich is a village near a few amazing beaches that the surfers love, (arrifana, monte clerigo, amado and others) the house is located 5 minutes drive from them, this house in aljezur is for sale but it need still to be fixed and converted into a hostel, it got my attention cause the selling price is 60k, and Aljezur is getting a a lot of search for accommodation in high and low season.
I have 2 kids that i would like to spend more time with, so i would consider selling my Hostel in Lagos (business or building), but if not, i believe the house in Aljezur would fit your request, once i invested all in my hostel and again searching for a bit more time with family.
