So, I have been using a software by eRevMax and it's just what I needed. RateTiger is a new-age market intelligence tool that connects you to all your online distribution travel sales channels and extranets.
Channel manager and property manger software

I have been looking for a software that serves both the function of a channel manager and a property manager. I have two hostels and a total of 80 beds. The channel manager would have to work on hostelworld, hostelbookers, booking.com and expedia. The property manager would have to have all the accounting and financing reports (I don't run the hostel myself so I need to keep an eye on cash up).
I'm not looking for a free software. But I don't want to pay too much on it as well... is there any good software that you have been using and would like to recommend? thanks!

www.hosteloffice.com provides the PMS integrated working also like a Channel Manager. But best is that it is integrated with Google so you gain more 100% bed paying guests.

A good channel manager helps you to synchronize your online bookings with all your calendars on the online distribution channels you want to appear on.
When choosing your channel manager, you should ask yourself: what are my needs? Which type of guests do I want to reach out? global? local? How much time and money do I want to spend on managing my bookings? Do I need regular support from the Team?
I find this article very useful to understand why to use a channel manager and how to choose it.
It is a very competitive market so, before making your mind, I encourage you to try it on and ask questions! Channel managers should always offer you to book a demo! ;)
