Considering starting a hostel in the UK - looking to make friends!

Hello everyone!

I'm looking seriously in to opening a hostel in northern England and would dearly love to make contact with people who have been there, done that.

I have about a million and one question which would probably make this place fall over if I type them all out. If you think you'd be happy to answer my rambling, incoherent questions then please make yourself known. I'm very keen to claculate approximate start up costs and also identify how, knowing what you know now, you would do things differently from the start.
