croatia, island korcula

if u are looking for established hostel to rent in Croatia mail me back. location is island korcula, town korcula / just 10 min walk. property has 400m2. around 40 beds. bar, pool.. u don't have to invest / everything is there. plus u get mini ven to use.

i prefer a call from guy who had hostel or business before. so i do not have to explain to much. rent it and go. i am the owner of few properties and i prefer rent, not run it. my goal is to find someone who will take care of property and rent it for many years. i will show u year revenue, and i ask 50% for rent in advance. i think this is feir deal. insurance, property rent tax are included!

i need to tell u in Croatia, season is only summer time. and there is plenty of paper works. u are welcome to come and visit the place. offer stays for 2016.. maybe i can arrange u free accommodation.
