Did Microsoft's Bing.com ripoff Kayak.com?

There is a lot of buzz lately about Microsoft's bing.com.

First there was MSN search (search.msn.com) which was rebranded as Live.com because no one was using MSN search. Live.com wasn't doing well either, so now they gave it a new name, "Bing.com" and released some PR hype about it.

Bing.com also has a travel search. Check it out:
