I am selling my established hostel in Taganga, this accommodation is 4 minutes walk from the beach. We are 3.6 km from Santa Marta and 300 meters from Taganga beach, it has a bar, outdoor pool with a depth of 3 meters which makes it perfect for diving courses. With one of the best views of the sea that has Taganga.

We offer free WiFi throughout the property which was recently upgraded. In total we have 4 access points now. Rooms also include a flat-screen satellite TV.

The property also has both a private (for restaurant or owner) as well as a shared kitchen for guests.

Activities in the surrounding area include fishing and hiking. The nearest airport is Simón Bolívar International Airport, 17 km from the property.

This property has excellent potential, and it was a tough decision to sell it, but this is what it is.

The capacity of guests in this hostel is 60 people. It has 15 rooms 13 with air 2 with fans each with their bathrooms, closet and safes, 2 bedrooms each with its air and TV and separate bathrooms. At the moment it is of two plants which have in the second silver a plate to make the restaurant and bar in the open air and with a 180 degrees view to Taganga and to the sea. There is also a surveillance camera throughout the hostel. This hostel is sold behind closed doors.

I am asking 1.7.000.000 COP (+/- 560k USD) which includes the business as well as the property and its contents.
