At capacity, the hostel sleeps 15 with even more room for camping in our big and shady back yard. Large storage area beneath the house. 3 toilets and 2 showers available, with room to easily add on more in the back of the house.
Large open roof top available for yoga classes or general common space.

Complete turn-key sale. Includes sofas, all beds, pillows, linens, kitchen tools (pots, pans etc), large dining table,washing machines, and refrigerator. Booking systems are in place with some training available if needed. Permits included in sale. Lots of potential for growth, projects, and gardening. The busiest part of our season on this island begins November 15 and runs through June 15.
Revenue average is approximately $20,000 in 6 months time. Guest stays between June 15- November 15 are less than in season, understandably, but people do still visit the island for various reasons, vacation and otherwise.
