Estimated start up costs

Start a Hostel

I already own a large home outside the historic center in Merida. Could anyone in Mexico give advice on typical start up costs; I will need bunk beds, and some landscaping. Also the screens on the windows need replaced. I am in the USA at the moment and I am looking for investors so any help on costs is greatly appreciated.
