Hi Donna, I don’t work with Expedia, but that seems like a pretty serious communication problem. Have they sorted things out for you since you posted about the issue?

Has anyone else had any issues contacting Expedia about their account? I emailed my Expedia market manager about quite a significant problem with my account (removing the previous owner's bank account information from the account) and no reply, so I contacted Expedia's support team in general and they've stopped advertising my property without any email explaining anything or helping to solve anything. The market manager is still uncontactable and the phone number they provide for my country (Morocco) doesn't work.
Has anyone had a similar experience? Is there a general phone number for owners that I can use instead?
