One man who isn’t doubtful of Ireland’s prospects is Ray Nolan, an Irish entrepreneur who has started a number of companies over the years, including a software firm called Raven Computing. Nolan said he launched a new start-up in May called worky.com, an employment network where employers market their jobs and employees flaunt their skills. "I did raise money," he said. "Was it difficult? Not as difficult as they said it would be."
