Backpackers are usually broke, low budget, desperate, whatever… if you tell your Boss, go **** yourself, you are going to lose your job! In this case they are not going to lose the job, and they can express them self. Paradise for them

Newsflash: the hostel owner is NOT the boss of his/her guests. It´s the other way round. If you really think backpackers stay in hostels because they are "broke, low budget, desperate, whatever" please sell your hostel and find a business which better suits your foul attitude.

Don´t worry. We have around 180 employees at the moment, I´m one of their bosses, and I´m pretty confident none of them thinks I´m a jerk.
But! If one of them had that sort of attitude, he would have had a job.
Please excuse me if my last post was not so polite, I just typed what I thought without chosing the words carefully, but I stand to what I said. I know perfectly well that some guests are difficult and you can never make all of them completely happy - but I try and expect the same from everybody working in the hospitality business. I also know some are too shy to complain and then vent their anger when they write a review.
You´re not the boss of your guests. They pay you. You serve them.

There is also the possible scenario with all human beings working in a hostel and one boss for all of them. In this case you better open something for dogs hospitality, or who will pay you?

there is few type of the guests/tourists/clients
1. as i already told u. ''desperate''. they are like ugly dog. when they find something like home, they loves u. otherwise they show anger. (dirty, messy)
2. i call them ''no secure''. those clients pay cheap, stay very short and they have 124 questions. first 30 question u re helping them. next 30 questions, they book with u everything what could be booked. fine. next day they leave, what about the booking? (very clean)
3. 'adaptable' those people are funny. those people have 6 sense. they know how to fit. they do not ask where is it' they will talk with u, even give u something for the return. people with experience (reasonably clean)
4. they are with u, they ''taking'' your tips/presents, everything almighty alright. than on the end bad talking’s? those people live with negative vibes. 'karma'' is waiting them on the next door (sophisticated dirty and they must touch everthing)

3 words mate, "Guest-Friendly Management".
Some people are at a bit of a disadvantage from the start, and some are too smart to learn anymore. Negativity Compounds, and looking at your post for the last year seems to verify this.
Having any business where you consider you guest "ugly dogs" puts you on the wrong side already.
Maybe "Dog Grooming" would be a better job for you, Then you can sort out the ugly dogs, your way.
