The house is away from the main road, is situated in a lovely terrain of aprox. 2273m2. It is surrounded by forest of National Park. There are only two neighbours down the road (residing permanently). Behind the house there is a little mountain brook. The house is located 150m from the entrance to Tatra National Park (Olczyskaj Valley), about 800m from the Nosal ski station and about 250 meters from the Chapel of Witkiewicz at Jaszczurowka. Due to the location of the house it offers a great, quiet and genuinely mountain atmosphere and character. Both in winter and summer it attracts mountain lovers. It is suitable for both permanent residence and to use as a holiday house. House is made in the traditional technology of Zakopane from wooden logs. In February of 2007 we have made a general renovation of the house including: heating system, electrical, flooring, roof insulation, windows and doors and bathrooms.
