We are offering a unique opportunity for the right person to take a 5 year lease and business licence to own and run the following business:
10 x long term rental apartments currently 100% let predominantly to diving instructors and english teachers with a monthly rental income of THB 80,000 (GBP 1,600.00)
24 x bed backpackers hostel renovated and opened in early 2012. Already is rated as one of the best travellers accommodation destinations on the Island and very well reviewed. 60% occupied through established web bookings presence and the remaining beds easily filled through walk in trade due to location. Monthly hostel income is on average THB 150,000 (GBP 3000) with opportunities to develop revenue channels of moped hire, tour commission, food and beverage etc further.
This will present a fantastic opportunity for someone experienced in the hospitality sector (preferably with knowledge/experience of Thailand) to run their first business, live in idyllic surroundings and meet some fantastic young people from around the globe. A full handover and training will be given to you as will assistance in setting up a Thai company, obtaining a work visa etc if required. A managers flat is available within the premises.
The rental of the building is THB 130,000 (GBP 2600) per month and the premium to purchase the turn key business is THB 500,000 (GBP 10,000). For the lease, a security deposit of 6 months rent is required + the final 6 months rent in advance as a warranty + the first 3 months rent in advance.
