Has the dropping dollar affected hostels?

I'm back in Japan, and here is an update on the rapidly dropping dollar:
On 18 December 2007 it cost me $88.57 to buy 10,000 yen.
On 28 February 2008 it cost me $95.32 to buy 10,000 yen.
Is the dollar going to continue to drop, and is it affecting hostels overseas?
