Help in Portugal

Hi,
As we already introduced ourselves previously, we are looking forward to open an Hostel in Portugal.

We already have some previsonal costs but still everything is previsional.:)

If someone could help us with some figures like for example:

- What occupation rate i could expect in a big city such as Lisbon or Porto.

- How much expanses i can expect in electricity, gas and water for a Hostel for 25 guests.

- Regulation laws in Portugal for hostels.

And if someone could provide us some statistics about hostels it would be nice to include in our business plan it would make it more credible.

Well i know it s a lot of questions but if someone could give us some help it would be nice.
