I just Opened my hostel just over 1 year ago here in San Jose, Costa Rica, I want to go and travel the world, I just returned from Europe and decide that I need to travel more.
The hostel is called, TripOn Open House. We are full most of the time and we are top ranked. San Jose always have traffic, since most people have to arrive and leave from there. I have a lease for the place, the sale comes with all the brand new furniture and everything. There are currently 9 rooms, 3 privates and 45 bunk beds. The hostel is in one of the best areas of San Jose called Barrio Escalante.
You can look at the ranking, reviews etc for the hostel on hostelworld or on booking.com . I am selling simply because I want to go travel and I am the only one who own the hostel and having to take all the burden of managing it.
