Buyers be ware, the sellers of this hostel are not authorized to sell the hostel, they refuse to offer a legitimatecontract in your name and they refuse to let you speak to the actual owner of the property, the hostel has been closed for over 4 months , but the sellers will show you a false profit loss report that shows the hostel has been running for the past 4 months .
