Buy / Sell a Hostel
Dear all,
I am looking for a hostel to buy in Colombia in an interesting area with potential. I think about Medellin, Cali or Barranquilla or surroundings of those places. Of ourse It would be very interested in other places where I didn't think about yet.
Another option would be to start-up something from scratch together with someone that shares the same passion for Colombia.
I have a great passion for South America and speak Spanish. In 2015 I traveled for 10 months through South America, but currently living in Amsterdam with the dream to come back and start up a business.
Do you have a hostel for sale or do you have the same idea and looking for a business partner, please let me know.

Im interested in the opportunity of possibly owning and operating a hostel en la tierra querida. Im actually half Colombian myself and recently got my Colombian citizenship ive always loved everything about Colombia since my first time there when I was 8. I travel there at least once a year and am very familiar with the culture and many cities this beautiful country has to offer. I am also interested in buying or starting a small hostel in Latin America. Medellin would be my first choice but I'm worried that the hostel market may already be oversaturated. Might have joined this party a little late! It's safe to say I have a very similiar vision to you and others who have commented. I love South America and am keen to build a life there as well as a business. I'm also looking for a like minded partner and am in this for the long term. I would be looking to either run or co-run the hostel on the ground
