Smart, easy... I'd definitely use it during my travels if I'd have an iPhone.
It seems they are working with Hostelworld, so no need for further registration! :D

Its good that it saves your details...I always wished hostelworld would do this..nothing worse than putting credit cards in on a public computer in a hostel....of course while I would trust hostelworld, I don't know who "hostelhero" is, so it raises trust issues...

thats a great idea. i have recently been writing a proposal for TAFE (australias technical and further education facility) to get the students to do something like this. It would mean free development of tools that hostels could use in my area to promote ourselves. And it gives the students experiance in a real industry. I think that Iphone apps are a great way to get hostels out there.
