hi all,
i am thinking of selling my hostel in Krakow city, i have to
leave the country soon and don't think i can manage to keep it, i am
saying this very sadly but somethimes situation is stronger than us.
hostel
consist of 22 beds,private room with toulet, shared dorm with shared
toilet,shared dorm in siute, private flat enough for 6 guests.
shared kitchen and living room with TV.and computer with internet access and other furniture and appliances.
asking for about 50,000 Euro negotiable

Why do you want to sell it? Is that hard to get many guests during winter?
I'd recommend to keep up as long as you can. The cheap złoty can give extra guests these days...

well... i have other plans as i am not polish and need to go back home,but you're right the cheap złoty will certainly support the tourism big deal and i personally think that hostels might get new criteria of guests ( those who used to go to 3***hotels) as a result of the recession.
but most probably i will do one back home as i might show online again :-)
