Hostel in Lisbon

Hi everyone,

I need some help urgently, i have found a great space to set up a hostel, center of Lisbon,fantastic building, will start renovations very soon.

I need to get an idea of some of the utilities expenses, electricity and gas, i presume these will be the major ones :confused:

I would really appreciate any feedback on this :)
