Hostel manager required - San Juan, Puerto Rico

We are looking for a new manager for our 36bed hostel on the Caribbean Island of Puerto Rico. The hostel is a very homely style hostel with a private staff quarters, communal kitchen for both guests and staff, outside spaces, and various a common areas.

Position involves:

- staff search, selection, training, and support.

- Liaison with accountant

- Liaison with owners

- Reception duties

- Cleaning duties

The hostel is small thus the manager would be required to be involved first hand in the operations. Great opportunity to enjoy hostel life, gain experience in the field, learn Spanish, and live in the Caribbean.
