I just spotted this hostel for sale on a website:

It's in a small village on the Cornish Coast, England. I don't know the place, it seems to be one of those many Cornish villages connected to the rest of the county by a steep narrow hill, but superbly located for surfers or hikers along the South West Coast Path. The price seems prohibitive for a 20-bed hostel, but I guess it could have a high occupancy, and with its mild climate those activities are probably strong for most of the year.

I agree adventurelife, I have a friend from Truro, one of the other small towns near the hostel, and she doesn't recommend it as a tourist area. She said it's a nice place, with lots of surfing, but that's about it.
