Hostel for sale in Indonesia (Lombok)

My wife and i are looking to move either back to the UK or to Java due to the schooling here in Kuta Lombok, therefore we are looking to sell our hostel named PIPES HOSTEL. We have been open for 1 year and from 3 months after opening our occupency average is over 92% per month (28 beds). There are only 2 other hostels in Kuta lombok and the backpacker scene is growing quickly due to the near by airport and the world class surf on our doorstep. This is the first time we have expressed an interest in selling.
