I owned this hostel over two years now and I want to leave and go travel and move on to the next thing. It's the number one ranked on Trip Advisor in San Jose.

I'm will to get rid of it for only $35000 - it gas space for 48 people and it has a good reputation. All beds and everything is included. Rent is only $2500 per month.
