The hostel opened its doors during 2012 in a picturesque village in the Catalan Pyrenees. The hostel has 8 rooms with 7 double beds and 17 singles, giving a total capacity of 31 guests. Each room has its own private bathroom. There are four sofas in the common area, a television, and a selection of board games so that the guests can relax and enjoy their time out. The main concern is the comfort of the visitors and with this in mind they have installed viscoelastic "memory-foam" mattresses on all the beds, assuring that they will wake up in the morning feeling one-hundred percent rested. There is an entrance with a long drive way of about 40 meters long by 4 meters wide. This area is full of flowers, strawberries, rasberries and grass. Included in the price : an attached house that is connected to the hostel and has 85 m2 total build with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, designer kitchen and a large living room with fireplace.

We are also including in the selling price our restaurant which is only a two minute walk from the hostel. The restaurant has been running for the last 10yrs and is located in the heart of the village.

The hostel with the attached home and restaurant we are selling for 499,000€. The price is fair and firm and please only inquire if you are serious. There could be a possible partnership depending on the person.
The hostel has had a gross income for the last two year of 72,000€ with around 18,500€ of costs per year. The restaurant has a gross profit of around 100,000€ per year with around 65% costs.
