I'm selling a hostel in the center of Vilnius, Lithuania.
Guesthouse (hostel) - a convenient and profitable business. Form UAB (JSC) with registered capital of more than 76,000 euros. It allows qualify for a residence permit for three co-owners. Area rented premises of 400 sq / m. Total: 7 bedrooms rooms can accommodate from 5 to 10 persons with expandable to accommodate up to 55 hospital beds, 8 bathrooms, storage room, kitchen, common area.
Heating: gas. Hello to all!
Hostel is still available for sale.
In addition we are saling with a guesthouse a premium-class apartments (compex from 2 apartments by 40 sq.m. each) in the very center of Vilnius.
Price for both objects is the same - 60000 euro.
We are saling the business only.
Profit for 2018 is 40000 euro, for 2019 is 30000 euro.
