The Stone Bridge Villa in beautiful ShiBan Qiao Village Yangshuo is now available for sale. We have been operating for 3 years and have been highly praised by Tripadvisor/Hostelworld/Hostelbookers and the Rough Guide Books. Our building has 11 rooms, we currently live in 2 rooms and have 9 private rooms available for sale daily. The business has proper licences to operate and we have a great reputation. The sale is fully inclusive, all furnishings/fitting/bike fleet etc . 6 years left on the current 10 year lease with option to extend. Yearly rent is 40,000 yuan RMB and the income from the 1st week in Oct (golden week) covers the rent for the year. We close for the winter so we only work 9 months of the year. The hostel is run by myself and my wife, its a suitable size business for a couple and a fantastic lifestyle here in China's south west, close to Hong Kong and Vietnam and great for travel and exploring the area,
The asking price to walk in and take over is 480,000 yuan RMB or about 45,000 EURO.

Hi, I know it’s been a while since your post about selling your Hostel but I’m so happy I stumbled across this post! I was wondering if you could help my wife and I with a few questions.

We are considering moving to Yangshuo for a with our family of 10 and want to buy/rent a place big enough for ourselves and enough space to accommodate locals as well (so like a 10+ bedroom place).

What we are curious about is we are not sure if the price you listed your hostel at is average, high, low or how to find buildings for sale in Yangshuo in general. Can you help with this? We are even as willing to buy/rent a building and build it up to be in a livable condition. We just don’t know where to start.

We have been to Yangshuo twice in the past three years and have decided this will be a chapter in our life that we want to embark on.

We appreciate your time and hope we aren’t being too obstructive.
