I am recently married to an American and in the process of receiving a visa to go to the USA. I own a hostel in Salamanca, Spain on the main road between the cathedrals and the plaza mayor. I am looking to transfer the license of the hostel so I can be with my wife. I am offering it for 75,000 euros but I am willing to work with you on the price. The hostel does extremely well and I can pass you the data from the last 3 years in which I have owned it; feel free to contact me if you care to see them. Only serious inquiries please. Thank you!
