We are selling or renting our Hostel will 12 Apartments(kitchen, balcony, TV, Bathroom, Air-con. WiFi) and
7 dorms with total 42 beds incl. Kitchen and TV-Lounge.
The Buddha Lounge Samui is nestled in the ideal location. Not only are we within walking distance from Bangrak beach but we are a five-minute walk to a fully equipped gym and a private tennis court. Private tennis lessons are available along with racquet rentals and court time.
We created our communal lounge area to give backpacker’s the ideal backpacking experience they seek on their travels. The spacious area is furnished with three futon sofas and two coffee tables creating the perfect environment for backpacker’s to relax and meet other travellers during their stay.

Our Hostel has 12 apartments which are rent for long term user only. We have 6 studios with 25m2 and then 6 apartments with 1 or 2 bedroom and kitchen which are 65m2 or 82m2 big. All the rooms have a separate bathroom and balcony access.
Downstairs we have 7 dorm with each 6 beds so space for 42 backpackers. They have a lounge to watch TV or chill out and a kitchen for cooking and where we serve breakfast. We have a laundry service, 5 Motorbikes for rent and a tour operation desk.

The hostel was renovated last November so we have painted all the rooms and replaced furniture, fridges and TV sets.
The are two options for take over.one is the buying price which is Baht 15'000'000 or rent the hostel with a monthly rent of Baht 100'000 and a deposit of 5'000'000 which will be paid back after the 5 year lease contract.
The average monthly profit is around USD 2000-3000 and don't forget that you will safe lot of costs when stay in the hostel.

Sorry I did a mistake. The deposit is Baht 1'000'000 which is around USD 30'000.
Also note that the last 6 month rent must be paid in advance a security.

Hi how can the monthly rent be 100,000 baht which is over 3000 dollars if the monthly profit is between 2000 and 3000 dollars?

I don't own the property, but the rent is a fixed cost, an expense if you will. It represents only one expense that you will have each month unless you own the property. If not, this would be a mortgage payment. That said, if the revenue is more than your expenses you will have gross profits. Here the rent expense just so happens to be similar to the stated profits each month. I hope this helps.

The profit is around USD 2000-3000 a month not the income which is mentioned in my mail. Hope everything is clear now.
