Hostel wanted for lease or rent in coastal Portugal, France or Spain

We are looking for a hostel/B&B/Guesthouse to rent or lease in a coastal part of Portugal, Spain or France.
The property must already be trading and have all trading licences and government permissions. A record of bed nights and evidence of turnover will also be necessary. Ideally the business is of a size which can financially accommodate a part time/ full time member of staff.
Location wise we are looking for something close to the beach in a coastal town or we would also be interested in sharing the lease in a city hostel in the same countries mentioned. Please let me know if you have a suitable business for us to consider. We are open and flexible to discuss various lease/rent options that could suit both parties.
