Hostel/Hostel Opportunity Wanted UK/Europe/USA

We are looking for an existing Hostel or conversion opportunity to lease within the UK, Mainland Europe or the USA. We are open to different locations and styles of hostels, it is much more about the business opportunity.

Unfortunately we don't have the funds available to purchase a Freehold business so please only contact us if the business is available to lease.

We have well over 20 years combined experience running large scale (200+) bed hostels as well as overseeing a chain of hostels for a large branded operation.

Currently we run a small hotel in the UK and are looking to expand our business with a second venture, ideally moving back into the Backpacker market.
