Hi..
I am looking at buying or lease a smallish hostel in the north of Colombia. First preference would be Palomino, however the islands or Cartegena are also good.
This post is a first step, so any information from hostels for sale to what i need to be aware / careful of going into business in Colombia.
So any comments at all are welcome....

Hi Iain, my partner's family is Colombian, they have many years experience in the travel industry and are looking for a similar opportunity, they do not have all the finance to fund a project but maybe a colloboration could be mutually benefiecial,they all speak perfect English, let me know what you think?

Hi everybody.
I am selling five hectares halfway between Palomino and Santa Marta and only two minutes from the Tayrona National Park. The property has spectacular views of the Sierra Nevada mountain range and the beautiful blue water of the Caribbean.
