It’s nearly that time of year again! The Hostelworld Conference will take place in Dublin’s Convention Centre on the 31st January and 1st February 2017. We’re looking forward to welcoming you to Dublin for an invigorating few days of talks and discussions, and of course a few parties!
The Hostelworld Conference is the biggest hostel conference in the world and we’re currently planning the best one yet. We’ll have more details soon so keep an eye on your emails, and in the meantime check out some videos from last year’s conference. We look forward to seeing you in Dublin!

As new Hostel Owner, this year will be my first Conference in Dublin.
How can I get more info? For ex. Where is the right location? How to get invited ? There something to know about ...exct.

Hi Nickblack76,
The conference normally takes place at the Convention Centre Dublin (CCD). If you don't receive an inviation you can contact your market manager to ask for one. The conference is really expensive for HW to put on, so there may be a minimum amount of money that your hostel needs to generate for them throughout the year in order to receive an inviation.

Registration for the conference is open! Look for the invitation with the registration link in your email.

Just wondering if there is any one here who said they are confirmed to go to HWC, but can't make it now? I left it late to register, as I wasn't sure what my plans were for January/Feb and HW won't register me. :(
So I was hoping to take someone's place that isn't going?
