I found a good way.
If you call i a page like:
http://www.hostelworld.com/availability.php/Budapest-Centrum-Hostel/Budapest/40580
You click on INFO AND RATES
You can see one or two reviews only, but here you can see where they gave the fake ratings. Like:

We had wonderful days at Budapest Centrum hostel!!Alex is a great host and does everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The hostel is very very central and everywhere we wanted to go was in walking distance. The area is really nice and we always felt safe. Definitely will come back!

This means that who gave the review (the owner or friend of the owner) wrote that the guest is from Germany, but hostelworld send the link to review after check out 1 or 2 days and the rating was made from Hungary.
Quite unusual to be in that small country after traveling to Germany and going back to Hungary after two days to leave a review.
This happens lot of lot of times, until hw will stop the possibility to see
