anyone know how I get my hostel www.bambuhostel.com listed on google local business where it pops up on a google map with reviews and etc when someone searches for you HOSTEL DAVID PANAMA any ideas out there?

I recommend also putting your physical address on your website with microformat or RDFa markup. (Requires HTML knowledge, but if you post the full hostel address here I'll write the code for you as an example.)

Looks like Panama isn't an option yet. Costa Rica isn't either. I imagine that because we don't use street names or building numbers, we'll never get to use this service.

That's strange. I just checked the country list and Panama isn't there.
It looks like Google is picking address data for Panama (and at least San Jose in Costa Rica). They must be getting it from other sources than Local Business Center.
I recommend putting the hostel's full address on every page of the hostel's website (microformats or RDFa are ideal), and get listed in every location-based directory available. E.g., Yahoo Travel, hostel booking engines, Insider Pages, TripAdvisor. The addresses on the directories should exactly match the full address on the hostel's website. Google and other search engines will pick up that address info.

I tried the local google business center, there is no option to list panama..
