How to Manage a Hostel ????

Hi all

I have completed each and every work like all essential survey of price, competition, location, cost/benefit analysis etc etc... the problem now is HOW I MANAGE THE HOSTEL???
i need the precious advises of all professional, experienced forum members and any link, document, manual or anything else regarding hostel administration.
i will be much thankful to you for such act of kindness.
