I also consider maybe the option to rent the hostel and property for 2.100.000 cop/ month. Of course in case of renting there are some conditions to it. You cannot change the name of the hostel or change the activity. We have done to much efforts to get a good reputation and clients, to appear in lots of guide books, etc...

HI Jurose! My brother and I are selling our hostel in Bavaro (Punta Cana), Dominican Republic. It is in the best location, 1 minute walk from the beach (beautiful long coastal beach- you can walk in either direction for hours from here), as well as the center for restaurants and nightlife.
Our hostel is comprised of 10 private rooms, and 14 dorm beds, and has a very nice 1 bedroom apartment in the building as well (part of the hostel), so we can sleep 35 people at one time.
