Implementation Plan

Hi all,

An implementation Plan is important because it provides us a way of planning our time and resources we need so that all necessary tasks are carried out within an appropriate time frame

Based on most of you here are either A about to open
or B have already opened.

Can you guys list what phases of your implementation plan were the most important....

Im mainly concerned with the zero months, (once the property is acquired) where acquiring office/hostel equipment,
establishing internet,
establishing the companies legar requirements,
then the market presence through your website,
and last the hiring of personnel..

What issues, order of importance would you place the above phases??
