Industry Publications- where to find them

I know it may be hard to find but I'm looking for trade publications or documented statistics for the following information:
Industry Analysis (of U.S. based hostels) - background and overview, trends, growth rate, key success factors in the industry and outlook for the future.

I was hoping that someone here could point me in the right direction. I'm in the early stages of making a business plan for my future hostel, and I'm looking for the most fact based information I can find. Any leads are greatly appreciated!
