I have just finished working on a surf and soul hostel project that will be located in Imsouane, a village with mountains view with two surf spots that have one of the best waves in the kingdom, now i'm working with a business advisor that has prepared the financial study of the project, i'm looking for an investor/partner that can help me buy the land first, we need between 280K-290K$ investement for the LAULOA hostel which is a company now, business plan, business model, marketing and financial study are all done.
