I wanted to ask if anybody uses Instant World Booking (IWB)? Is it any good? They seem to do all sorts of useful things (booking engine, channel manager, Credit card payment gateway, etc) but their site interface looks like it was made in the 1990s, they don't answer the phone and - having added them to my My Allocator as an additional channel - I havent received a single booking from their channel in 10 days (meanwhile HW and Booking.com have sent countless).
Does anybody use all or part of their service? Worth it? I'm particularly interested in the credit card payment gateway (IWB payments) as my local situation in that respect is rather tricky - not to say expensive.
Any feedback from current happy or unhappy IWB customers appreciated.

I also linked up with them because MyAllocator made it easy. No reason not to. I have never received a booking through them though. As for their other services, I never tried them.
The credit card payment gateway sounded interesting, but I haven't used it. It would be great to hear from someone else who has used that service.

I had them for 4 years with IWB - never took one booking!!
So I went over all my connections (9) and delete all non performers - I have 2 now that work
The rest are a complete waste of time
