Interested in buying/leasing a hostel in south brazil/uruguay

Hi there, we´re a couple of friends who are looking for a hostel either in Uruguay or South Brazil. We´d rather to lease the hostel for a long term agreement, but we can consider to buy it.
If you think you can offer something we can be interested in, let us know and we can discuss the terms of the deal.

Anyway, if anybody have any ideas, thoghts, or experiences, we´ll be thankfull.
