Interested in a hostel in Europe (partner, investment, starting from scratch)...

Hi there,

I'm interested in either a partnership (to begin a new hostel) or acquiring a % of a pre-existing hostel located in Europe. Not interested in fully purchasing a hostel UNLESS it is small in size, and is immediately ready to go after the sale. To save your time, I am not looking to purchase a property alongside the hostel and not looking outside of Europe.

Desirable locations would Berlin, Madrid, Barcelona, Stockholm, Prague, Budapest, parts of Eastern Europe (Croatian coast or Belgrade) and major cities of Italy, Greece (Athens or the islands) or Cyprus (I have origins in those three countries). Something with a bar underneath or attached would be a huge positive.

To be honest I would prefer somewhere located within the EU, as I have EU citizenship. I wouldn't be against starting something up from scratch and would be able to contribute to the ongoing costs as the hostel grows. Currently, I live and work in Australia, so I have a stable income to support such a venture for the time being.
