Dear all,
Last year I took a career break to travel. A brief background, I was previously working as a finance professional and have worked in both Amsterdam and London. Having reached the end of a contract at my previous firm I felt it was the right time to explore the world, and I'm so glad I did!
I have since settled back into London, however along the way I stayed at many, many different hostels around the world and, with savings put away, I feel investing in a hostel business would be both financially and personally rewarding.
As such, I'm reaching out to anyone who is looking for an investor and/or is looking to sell their business in the near future.

I'm selling a hostel in the center of Vilnius, Lithuania.

We are considering to sell our small hostel in Budapest, preferably from second half of 2017.
This is small, 130sqm property with 4 rooms, 11-15 beds.

I own an old country villa in the center of Tuscany, Italy; 770 m2 covered + 5000 garden + woods and fields. Wine tourism already going on. More activities possible, but there would be to do lot of restoration.
